BeAr LaKe!!!!

We love Bear Lake! 3 hours to drive and that's it! Paradise in our backyard...kinda. We go every year and luckily Rob's Family Reunion with his Grandpa and Mom's siblings has been at Bear Lake for the past 3 years. This year there was about 40 of us at the lake. Our kids think it's the ocean. LOL we love the sand and water and the hiking around..... ahhhh (sigh) wish we were still there. The Raspberry shakes were nice too! :)

Yup that's right, she ate the sand in handfuls!!! She looked so funny teetering around in the sand and water. The water is so shallow she loved it and so did we.We played on the wave runners

Then at night we got together to EAT and visit
have races
Play games, Man Drew don't pop a vein!
at the beach some more--- look at Drew's belly, there was deer flies and they liked his sweet skin! Ouch!
Anna getting her legs buried Elle playing with cousins Anna and Kallie AnnTucker and Isaac were buddies too
This day we only set up one tarp, the first day there was 3! :)
Kate and Ruth were buddies. We tried to keep them in front of us, Isaac kept calling this their own baby hot tub! Kate stayed for 2 sec and then was off, she loved the water and the sand!

Then we would swim some more at the condos pool
The main game seemed to be keep away with a big blue ball, we played it for 3 hours one day!
ok this was my fav place, Bloomington Lake. I was so scared of this rope swing. I had done it before but each year it gets moved and it's scary jumping to a lake with huge boulders in it.

Rob did it 3 times-- no it was not warm. Fun though!!! It's about 25 miles North, from the Marina in Garden City- Bloomington Lake. You have to go it's is absolutely beautiful!
Jason and Craig

Fredrick blowing balloons for the kids and then letting them go and
Elizabeth catching it. The kids loved this! Merril had goodies for them each night, necklaces, glow in the dark sticks, balloons and all sorts of trinkets. THANK HEAVENS!!! The kids had so much fun. There was about 20 little ones this year. Some years its over 40. It's always fun
Megan, Anna and Kate
Uncle Jim and Ruth

Kate hangin out at the pool
We stayed 5 days at Bear Lake and loved every second of it. I especially loved all the sweet cousins who helped watch my kids, Rob and I were able to go running and hiking every morning! Good Times!!
