Isaac Turns 4

Happy Birthday Isaac!!! The Big 4!! We had lots of celebrations for Isaac one here with the fam, one with his friends and one with the grandparents! Party Party! Isaac of course was counting down the days until his birthday. He kept reminding us that he can't say prayers by himself, ride his bike, wipe himself (heaven forbid!!!) eat his meat or vegetables ( he never eats meat unless its in the shape of a hot dog or chicken nuggets!), make his bed, do his chores, or a million other things UNTIL he is 4!! So now that he is 4 I am constantly reminding him that he is so big and can do it all! So funny! He is being so big now let's hope it lasts. He keeps telling us that he is 4 too and wants to be 5, oh boy!

The kids played lots of games, and jumped on the tramp, and oh yes Elle was in charge of some of the games. She had the kids running in a dress up relay race. They actually had a lot of fun. The only girl there didn't even want to do it but the studs had a great time! They'll hate these pic in a couple of years LOL!!!

Ok so I have to share the funniest thing he told me yesterday, I thing the worst part of mothering has got to be teaching the lovely art of wiping yourself! ewwwwww!!!! Next to potty training this has got to be the sickest, hardest stage! They try so hard and think they are good and then they walk by you and oh man that smell!!!!! I don't want him to do it all by himself yet so the first stage is the "Mommy has to double check or double wipe you, ok?" Then Isaac says "Number one, two or three?" I said " There are only one and two honey." "NO there is three!" he says, "What is Three?" I asked "You have pee, poop and diarrhea Mommy" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What!!! LOL I was laughing so hard he is pretty smart I guess! The wisdom of a 4 year old.
