Hate to leave but I just want to get it over with now. We need more room and a bigger yard to play ball! We are trying to stay close in PG, we will see what happens!! Lucky Grandpa Cliff is our Realtor.

I can't believe I never commented on this. I meant to, but must be losing my mind. You're house looks great--how's it going? We need to get together!! How's your June? Are you up for a swim in our (neighborhood) pool and a backyard bbq?
